I turn stalled regulated financial businesses into operating, revenue-generating institutions.Capital has been committed, technology acquired and approvals secured, yet the business is struggling to win clients and deliver commercially. I resolve the decisions and execution gaps holding it back.I am a chief executive and board leader with more than two decades across banking, capital markets, payments and digital assets. My career combines major UAE banks with building and leading regulated businesses through formation, commercial launch, turnaround and changes of ownership.I take responsibility for the whole institution: strategy, P&L, capital allocation, leadership and execution. I bring commercial, regulatory and technology execution together so the business can serve clients and grow within the capital available.Across regulated businesses, I have built and strengthened governance, controls, operations, technology and commercial capabilities. My experience includes reopening institutional onboarding and generating first-year revenue without external growth capital, with clear priorities for investment and execution.Across my career, I have raised over US$85 million in institutional funding and managed capital allocation across a US$2 billion proprietary multi-asset book. I have established boards and executive teams, secured regulatory approvals and led businesses from inception through launch and growth.As CEO of two acquired regulated businesses, I led the entities through acquisitions and changes of control under two distinct regulatory regimes, followed by ownership transitions and post-acquisition integration. I maintained continuity while aligning shareholder objectives with each entity's regulatory obligations.I stay close to execution and insist on accountability. I give executives the authority to lead, challenge assumptions and bring difficult issues forward early. When a client negotiation, regulatory issue or delivery problem requires my intervention, I get involved.My board work focuses on strategic direction, capital decisions, risk oversight and management performance. My work in sovereign financing and tokenized capital markets applies that discipline to new financing models and institutional infrastructure, with governance and investor protection built into the proposition.I am at my best when a business must move from investment and ambition to commercial delivery. The objective is a stronger institution: one that serves clients well, uses capital responsibly and earns the confidence of shareholders and regulators.
