Andrew’s known for scaling organizations rapidly while keeping people and purpose at the core. As CEO of Aligned since 2017, he’s led its transformation into a top-performing data center company that delivers cutting-edge adaptive infrastructure. Aligned has grown 65x, while building a reputation as a great place to work with a culture of operational excellence, innovation, safety and shared success. In a landmark deal, the Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Partnership, MGX, and BlackRock’s Global Infrastructure Partners committed to acquire Aligned in October 2025. Before leading Aligned, Andrew spent more than a decade at Digital Realty Trust, where he helped the company grow to $2 billion in revenue. Beyond his executive career, he’s committed to giving back. Andrew is a founding board member of Data Center Delta (an advisory council focused on improving data center efficiency and sustainability), serves as an advisory board member for the SMU Lyle School’s Datacenter Systems Engineering (DSE) MS Program, and is a mentor for Great Minds in STEM.
