I believe technology should accelerate what is possible for people, for business, and for society. ​ That belief drives everything I do and shapes how I lead, with a focus on curiosity, creativity, and using technology in ways that deliver real value.  As President and CEO of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, I lead a global team focused on bringing together the power of AI, cloud, and networking to drive performance, transform data into foresight, and maximize impact for customers.  I am a technologist at heart. From advancing GreenLake and agentic AI operations to delivering Frontier, the world’s first exascale supercomputer, my focus is on leading the buildout of differentiated technology that solves complex, real-world problems.​  How we lead matters as much as what we build. I am deeply committed to fostering our culture grounded in trust, inclusion, and accountability.
