My story so far: I started my career in Audit, quickly realised it wasn’t for me, and set my sights firmly on breaking into M&A. I spent months trying (and failing) to make the jump - nothing was clicking. Eventually, I landed a role in FDD, but I didn’t feel qualified. I had to scramble to upskill, learn fast, and figure things out on the fly. Slowly, things started to click and my confidence grew, before moving into a senior M&A role at Ofload, where I went on to lead multiple 8-figure deals. After 6+ years in the industry, I’d built up the kind of experience that opened doors to a tonne of lead advisory opportunities, which I’m very luck to have access to today. So after pushing through the pain, confusion, and barriers of breaking into M&A - and eventually succeeding in it - I decided I wanted to help others make the same journey with far more clarity, support, and ease than I ever had.
