A Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in areas of Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance, M&A and CFO services, Sarthak is a Partner at Sandeep Ahuja & Co., and a Director at Niamh Ventures Pvt Ltd. In the firm, he heads Investment Banking, assisting companies in raising equity and debt capital at Series A and beyond, as well as facilitating acquisitions for mature manufacturing businesses. His department’s areas of service include financial modeling, valuations, deal negotiations, corporate restructuring, due diligence, and legal-financial support in drafting and executing Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, and all ancillary compliance. His strategic services include design and execution of ESOP policies, Co-founders’ equity structures, Share Appreciation Rights, M&A, and other matters of internal policy and SOP design.
