I am CEO of Microsoft UK & Ireland, responsible for all Microsoft’s product and service offerings in the UKI region, and for enabling Microsoft’s commercial and public sector customers and partners to lead in the era of AI.In March 2026, I was appointed Social Mobility Champion for TechFirst, the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology's programme aimed at helping young people from all backgrounds find careers in technology.In a career spanning more than 25 years, I've led teams in sales, consultancy, and digital transformation, at companies such as AWS, Avanade and Accenture.Outside of work, I've been actively involved in both grassroots and professional football for many years, at one time serving as a Non-Executive Director of the Professional Football Association.I hold an MBA with Distinction from Imperial College London and a BA in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Nottingham.
