Since joining Major, Lindsey & Africa in 2005, I have led or co-led searches resulting in more than 60 General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer placements. I worked in corporate and M&A at Fasken in Montreal and in finance at Shearman & Sterling in New York, then served as an Associate General Counsel at Citi, supporting the Syndicated Loans, Leveraged Finance and Structured Corporate Finance businesses.I co-authored MLA's 2026 Alternatives Legal & Compliance Compensation Report, based on responses from 157 GCs, CLOs and CCOs at U.S. alternative asset managers.
