About

With over 20 years of diverse experience in construction project management, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Sustainability and Digital Transformation, I have established myself as a leader in leveraging technology to enhance construction processes and outcomes. Currently serving as the Sr. Digital Delivery Manager at Turner International, I have played a pivotal role in delivering the Sabah Al-Salem University City projects in Kuwait, recognized as one of the largest educational campuses in the world. My career has been defined by a unique combination of academic excellence and industry leadership. I hold a PhD and an MSc in Construction Project Management from Helwan University, where I also contribute as an Associate Professor of Civil Engineering, shaping the next generation of industry leaders. As a certified instructor and consultant, my credentials span leading organizations such as Autodesk, RICS, and BRE. Throughout my career, I have spearheaded the implementation of BIM standards, processes, and innovations for large-scale projects across the Middle East, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients. I specialize in driving digital transformation, implementing ISO 19650 standards, and integrating advanced technologies such as Digital Twins and AI to optimize project delivery. My expertise extends beyond project delivery to thought leadership in the field. I have founded the first BIM Management certificate in ME and contributed to the development of the Egyptian BIM Standard. I am also an active speaker at international conferences, sharing insights on BIM, Digital Twins, and construction technology. Whether mentoring professionals, leading complex projects, or developing BIM policies and educational programs, my mission remains clear: to advance the construction industry through innovation, collaboration, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
