About
I’m an award-winning speaker, writer, and facilitator who helps organizations understand what workplace experiences reveal about communication, performance, trust, leadership, and the systems people work within.By day, I work as a Proposal Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, translating complex science into commercially compelling proposals that connect research, business, and strategy. That role keeps my work grounded in the realities of complex corporate environments, where clarity, communication, collaboration, and hidden effort directly shape outcomes.Outside of my corporate role, I speak and consult with organizations, Employee Resource Groups, and professional audiences on how work actually gets done, and what that reveals about the systems around it.My work began with a simple observation:Two people could achieve the same outcome, yet one of them was working far harder to get there. That curiosity led me beyond individual performance and toward the hidden effort, adaptation, communication patterns, and organizational friction that often go unnoticed, but have a profound impact on employee experience and long-term success.Neurodiversity has been an important lens in my work because different ways of thinking often reveal where workplace systems create unnecessary barriers. But my focus has expanded beyond neurodiversity itself to helping organizations design environments where more people can contribute effectively, sustainably, and with less hidden effort.I speak, write, and consult on topics that include:• Workplace experience and organizational friction• Communication, trust, and leadership• Neurodiversity and workplace inclusion• The future of work and workforce readiness• Systems thinking and universal designWhether I’m speaking at a conference, partnering with an Employee Resource Group, or working with organizational leaders, my goal is the same:To help people better understand the human experiences behind performance, and what those experiences reveal about building better workplaces. If you’re interested in workplace experience, leadership, communication, neurodiversity, organizational development, or the future of work, I’d love to connect.
