About
I work at the intersection of systems, capital, and long-term growth in Africa.Over time, I’ve come to understand that many of the challenges we see across business, sustainability, and community development are not caused by a lack of ideas or effort. They are often a result of poor structures that allow those ideas to grow, scale, and sustain themselves. My work is focused on closing that gap.I support and build investment-ready businesses, scalable growth models, and ecosystems that connect opportunity, capital, and execution. I am particularly interested in how we move from activity-based work to systems that can hold impact over time.I also work closely within the space of women and youth economic empowerment, as part of broader systems that enable real participation in economic growth. I believe empowerment must be backed by structure, or it risks remaining temporary.I am drawn to building things that last, systems that outlive effort, structures that support people, and pathways that allow growth to continue beyond individual capacity.
