I help companies, training institutions and organizations communicate work in a more human, authentic way that resonates with new generations of talent. After more than 15 years in the education and career development sector, working in training, guidance and career design, I now turn employability topics into high-impact digital content. I previously worked as a senior manager in education, designing and coordinating full-time, part-time and online training programs for business schools, universities and companies. Over the years I built a network of more than 500 partner companies and supported hundreds of students and professionals in their career journeys. Today I bring this experience to social media, where I talk about work, careers and professional identity in a practical, accessible and straightforward way. On TikTok Italy I made the CV go viral. On Instagram I am one of the leading Italian creators on work and career guidance for under 35 audiences. I am the author of “Lavorare alla grande” (Gribaudo), a practical guide for building your career starting from yourself. I believe in the value of “come as you are”: professionalism does not have a dress code, and people perform better when they can show up as themselves.
