I've successfully built and managed global talent programs, always staying ahead of technological advancements, including the integration of AI in recruitment processes. I have empowered TA and HR teams by developing Content Playbooks and leading training sessions on leveraging LinkedIn for building strong employee and company brands.Beyond my corporate responsibilities, I have grown my LinkedIn network to 165,000+, consistently sharing valuable content and opportunities with the TA community. We are big fans of all Philly sports teams. My two dogs, Marley + Moose, keep me company while I work, and you’ll most likely see in the background of meetings. Exploring new places has always been something I've loved, and now sharing these adventures with my kids is incredibly rewarding. I'm naturally curious and love meeting new people... which is most likely the reason I ended up in the wonderful world of TA. 😉
