Jacqueline Asiimwe | CEO, CivSource Africa | Author | Founder, Walk.Talk.Connect | Philanthropy & Leadership Advocate I am a lawyer, author, and leadership catalyst passionate about building an Africa that gives, grows, and thrives from within. As CEO of CivSource Africa, I lead a dynamic team working to strengthen locally led philanthropy and civil society across the continent. Over the past seven years, we’ve nurtured bold African giving, supported visionary leaders, and built an ecosystem that dares to imagine philanthropy that works and civil society that thrives. I am also the founder of Walk.Talk.Connect, a personal leadership journey that began with simple walks and has evolved into a growing movement of over 400+ walks across Uganda and beyond. Through storytelling, reflection, and connection, Walk.Talk.Connect explores what it means to lead, give, and live with purpose. An alumna of the Georgetown University Law Center, I hold a Master’s in International Law and Women’s Rights. My work and writing are grounded in faith, feminism, and the belief that transformation begins with conversation and generosity is the heartbeat of community. My latest chapter as an author continues this mission: weaving stories of courage, giving, and leadership into lessons for a more just and hopeful Africa.
