About

Primarily I’m a person who loves to explore. To help people find their purpose. In a world of so much negativity, to try and be a beacon of positive encouragement. I’m a dad of 2 amazing kids, husband to Harriet, co-Founder of Whisper, one of Europes fastest growing production companies. We’re a multi-million pound turnover business with almost 300 staff. Our success is purely down to the culture we have created and the standards we set ourselves. Our power is our people. Besides my role at Whisper, I am also the Founder and Host of the High Performance Podcast. Over 100 MILLION views and downloads since launch. We have also created High Performance App and High Performance Foundation. For over 20 years I’ve been an award-winning TV presenter. Hosting F1, football and huge shows for the BBC, Channel 4, ITV and BT Sport. I’m a Sunday Times bestselling author, and an investor in several innovative and sustainable businesses including Coral Eyewear, Mission Tea and Ski Yodl. I am passionate about sharing the insights and lessons from the best on becoming your best, and empowering others to achieve their full potential. I am also Chair of The Norwich City Community Sports Foundation, and I am a Deputy Lieutenant of Norfolk.
