About

As President for Microsoft Australia and New Zealand, I am privileged to lead our strategy and operations across the region, working closely with customers, partners and government to accelerate digital transformation and responsibly harness the power of AI. My focus is on helping organisations unlock new value, build resilience, and innovate at scale in a world where technology is reshaping every industry. Previously, as President of Cognizant Asia Pacific and Japan, I oversaw commercial and delivery operations across Australia, New Zealand, ASEAN, Greater China, India and Japan—helping businesses and public-sector organisations implement cutting-edge technologies to reimagine processes and transform experiences. My career began in the mid-1990s in strategy and project management, and I have since held senior leadership positions at PwC, Accenture and IBM. I am a member of Chief Executive Women and have served on the advisory board of the Melbourne Business School – Centre for Business Analytics. Winning the 2021 ARN Women in ICT Awards (WIICTA) Achievement (Partner) award was a meaningful recognition of my contribution to the ICT industry. Across my career, I’ve remained passionate about empowering teams, fostering inclusive workplaces and supporting customers in achieving their vision. I believe strongly in the power of collaboration and in creating an environment where people feel heard, valued and equipped to do their best work.Technology is one of the world’s greatest enablers—and I’m energised by the opportunity to help Australia and New Zealand leverage it to build a more innovative, sustainable and connected future.
