Whether building a startup from scratch or leading major divisions at companies like Google and Hinge, I run integrated teams that build great technology and scale the systems behind it.I believe that great leadership requires empathy, transparency, and clear prioritization. My teams always know what our priorities are, what the strategy is, where we are headed, and - just as importantly - what we should not be focusing on. This clarity allows us to move fast, stay aligned, and execute with absolute focus.A few milestones from my journey:-- Product Innovation & AI: I have launched hundreds of products throughout my career, including building AI-driven products and implementing automation that makes complex workflows highly efficient.-- Global Scale: I lead product, operations, AI, engineering, and many other key teams, having managed global organizations of thousands of people across all time zones.-- Driving Growth & Discipline: At Hinge, I helped guide the business through triple-digit growth while keeping OpEx at or below forecasts.-- 0-to-1 Entrepreneurship: I co-founded, built, and scaled a startup into one of the world's largest education websites, navigating it to a successful acquisition.
