I am a Commercial Litigation Partner in Quarles' Tampa office. I am barred in Florida and Washington, D.C. I serve as the Vice Chair of the Real Estate and Construction subgroup of Quarles' Commercial Litigation practice.I represent businesses and individuals in all phases of litigation in state and federal court. My practice focuses on construction and real estate litigation disputes, in which she represents contractors, manufacturers, subcontractors and other sophisticated parties. She handles a variety of disputes, including-Real estate and contract dispute-Construction matters-Motor vehicle-related matters-Business tort actionsBefore private practice, I clerked at the Florida Supreme Court law clerk. My goal is to take a pragmatic approach toward every dispute to obtain the best available outcomes while managing risk efficiently and effectively.I am passionate about legal writing, mentoring, pro bono, and community involvement. I serve on the ABA Death Penalty Representation Project Steering Committee and have represented death row prisoners as pro bono counsel in Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, and Texas.
