About

I work closely with business leaders to identify performance gaps before they become problems. Using data and close alignment with company goals, leading learning solutions that close the right gaps at the right time. I've been doing that for 15+ years, the last six leading learning design teams at Amazon and Miro. Most recently at Microsoft, I'm building AI-powered learning products, including tools that generate and deliver microlearning in the flow of work. I use UX, data, and AI to get past what people ask for and into what they need. That's been true whether I'm leading a team, setting a learning strategy, or building a proof of concept from scratch. I'm also publishing a book with ATD, a practical guide for learning designers who are expected to move work forward without complete direction, clear requirements, or enough resources, and still deliver solutions that change behavior and improve how work gets done.
