For more than a decade, I’ve had the privilege of connecting people with opportunities and helping companies build stronger teams. I do this at LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional network, which today brings together more than 1.3 billion members across more than 200 countries and territories, including more than 200 million in Latin America, where I lead as General Manager. I’m also the creator and host of 3In3, my weekly LinkedIn videocast, where I sit down with business leaders, entrepreneurs, creators, and professionals from diverse backgrounds to discuss careers, the world of work, and the future of professions. More than talking about success, we aim to share authentic stories, non-linear career journeys, lessons learned, challenges, and the choices that shape a professional life. Throughout my career, I've become increasingly convinced that people connect with people. That's why I believe so strongly in creating spaces where ideas can be shared openly, experiences exchanged, and different perspectives can spark better conversations. I hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP), a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), and have completed executive education programs at leading institutions in Brazil and abroad, including Harvard and Berkeley.
