I lead AARP with the belief that transforming the experience of aging requires bold ideas, strong partnerships, and practical action. As a physician and former community health CEO, I bring a systems-focused approach shaped by years of listening to families, caregivers, and communities about what they need to live well. At AARP, I am focused on elevating aging as a national priority and advancing solutions that strengthen health, financial resilience, innovation in technology, family caregiving support, and connection. Through our advocacy efforts, I champion policies that protect earned benefits and help ensure that longer lives become a national advantage, opening new possibilities for individuals, families, and communities. I work across sectors to help ensure that leaders in business, healthcare, technology, philanthropy, and government are prepared for, and actively shaping, a new era defined by longevity. My goal is to bring people together around actionable, scalable ideas that create systems supporting longer, better lives for all of us.
