About
I’m Oussama Ammar, founder and CEO of Naijm—the AI Garage built in Dubai for iconic companies across the UAE.We work directly with large organizations to reinvent how they operate through AI: identifying expensive, inefficient processes and building custom systems that eliminate complexity, reduce costs, and create measurable value. Our model is simple: if the client doesn’t win, we don’t win.I shape the vision, assemble exceptional teams, and stay close to execution—from the first conversation to deployed products. No endless consulting. No innovation theatre. No AI for the sake of AI.We build what works.
