About
30-year career in global consumer goods companies in Latin America. Full responsibility over all foods and beverages businesses in the region across 34 emerging and developing markets, which include 2 of PepsiCo's top markets worldwide (Mexico and Brazil). Held general management roles at PepsiCo for the last 28 years in Mexico and in the Southern Cone (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay) for both the Beverages and Food/ Snacks units. She is co-author of three books on women empowerment and the importance of closing the gender gap in leadership positions. Worked for Campbell’s Soups and Kellogg’s in Argentina, before joining PepsiCo in 2001.
