I’m a broadcaster, author and entrepreneur working at the intersection of relationships, culture, media and business. My work is focused on relational health—the quality of our relationships at home, at work and with ourselves. I translate relationship science into stories, conversations and practical tools that help people build healthier, more meaningful connections. I’m the founder of SOAR Productions, My Relational Health and SlateRoom. Together, these ventures take ideas from story to action to evidence: SOAR creates stories that move culture, My Relational Health turns insight into practical tools, and SlateRoom develops intelligence and proof that deepen our understanding of human connection. I host We Need To Talk and co-host Married at First Sight UK and Celebs Go Dating. I have also hosted Netflix’s Cheat. I’m a co-owner of Sutton United FC and serve as Global Relationship Science Expert at Tinder, contributing research and insight on modern dating and human connection. Before media and entrepreneurship, I worked in investment banking and earned degrees from Old Dominion University and Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. Across television, podcasting, speaking, research and business, I’m building a global movement for relational health—making the science of connection understandable, actionable and relevant to everyday life. I live in London with my wife and two sons.
