I’m an economist with over a decade of experience in project management, operations and institutional relations. I’m currently pursuing a Master of Arts in International Relations at Johns Hopkins SAIS, with my first year at the Hopkins-Nanjing Center in China and my second in Washington, D.C. At BaseLab, a political strategy and cause communications consultancy, I led operations as Director of Operations and later the Causes division, serving more than 120 clients with teams of more than 150 people and coordinating over 60 strategic projects on social, climate and human rights causes. Before that, I worked for the São Paulo State Government, directly advising the Secretary of Economic Development and coordinating the private sector around more than US$100 million in emergency credit. I also chair the board of a social organization, led humanitarian operations with refugees in Greece, and was a 2025 World Bank GYCN Climate Ambassador.Across these roles, my work has been the same: stepping in where an important decision was stuck because the people deciding and the people affected weren’t talking to each other, whether in a city’s food security policy, a refugee camp or a state’s economic recovery. That same problem is what takes me now to the relationship between Brazil, Latin America and China, and I’m spending these two years building that expertise on top of what I’ve learned in management, stakeholder engagement and public policy.I’m available for talks, courses, and consulting on impact project management, institutional relations, and public policy.
