About

As CEO and President at Loblaw Companies Limited, I work together with app 220.000 colleagues across the country to help Canadians live life well. It’s more than a customer promise. In fact, it’s a purpose that spurs on my colleagues and I to passionately pursue the opportunity to make everyday life for Canadians better and more inspiring. Having worked as a leader in retail across countries, markets and cultures for a quarter century, I greatly appreciate how dynamic and unpredictable the industry is, just how challenging and exciting the retail environment is, and how well we are able to include colleagues from all walks of life at the same time. I thoroughly believe in creating a workplace that is diverse, inclusive and fun. We spend so much time dedicated to work, that it is important to truly enjoy ourselves along the way and to feel energized by the colleagues, partners and customers we interact with, learn from and develop together with. Please, feel free to connect. Thanks for reaching out.
