For more than 25 years, I have built my career across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial Operations, and Business Leadership in the FMCG industry. Today, I serve as Head of Supply Chain & Logistics at Indofood International Operations Division, leading end-to-end operations across international markets in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Throughout my career, I have learned one simple lesson: Great businesses are built by great people, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement. While Supply Chain is my profession, business and people have always been my perspective. That is why I enjoy sharing practical insights on business, leadership, operations, career growth, workplace culture, and supply chain management through speaking engagements, mentoring, and content creation.
