I am a lawyer first. Everything else flows from that. As Managing Partner of Versed Attorneys, I advise businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and creative professionals on the legal decisions that shape growth, protect value, and manage risk. My work focuses on helping clients navigate the opportunities and challenges that come with building, scaling, and protecting businesses. For more than seven years, I have used content, television, and public speaking to translate complex legal issues into practical knowledge that people can understand and apply. Communication is one of the most powerful tools a lawyer can possess, and it is a skill I have been intentional about developing and teaching.
