About

Hey there, my dear LinkedIn visitor 👋 Here I'm supposed to sum up my life 👇 Well. I started as a software engineer in Chicago. Joined a hyper-growth startup in San Francisco. Built a cleantech business in Kenya. Became a VC in Berlin. Then launched a €100M climate fund in Germany. Pfiou 😮‍💨 (yeah, been grinding.) Real talk? A lot of hustle. Some wins. Many scars. Endless learning. And it all led to one realization: I'm here to take on the greatest challenge of our time. The climate crisis. Why? Because we need healthy food, safe water, clean air, and a thriving biosphere to survive. And to find any meaning in life. As for humanoid robots, Skynet, and living on Mars under oxygen masks... I'll leave that to the Silicon Valley bros. So how am I tackling it? I found my superpower: Investing. I don't just write about climate venture. I invest in it. 8 years. 42 startups. 6.13x ROI. 🔥 (unrealized, most still in play) Angel investing at pre-seed and seed in climate deep-tech across the US and Europe. Focus: fusion, nuclear, energy, critical minerals, and green materials. A few of the bets: ⚛️ Fusion: Hephaestus, Renaissance Fusion, Marathon Fusion, Thea Energy 🏭 Carbon & air: Terraform Industries, Arbor Energy, ARK Capture 🌱 Food & nature: Innerplant, Mast Reforestation, Novobiom 🎓 And one that had a massive IPO: Udemy (NASDAQ: UDMY) ... plus 30+ more building the hard technologies that matter. My mission now? Channel massive capital into Climate Tech ventures that slash megatons of CO2. This isn't a career. It's my life mission. And I'm here to help the boldest founders and investors build world-changing companies. If that's you, let's connect. 📌 Every Saturday, I share one actionable tip to grow your Climate Fund, Startup, or Career.
