About

At Rossen Law Firm, we go beyond defense, we build relationships, fight harder than anyone else, and give back to our community, because being a lawyer is about people, not just cases. I’m Adam Rossen, Founder, CEO, and Managing Partner of Rossen Law Firm, and author of Florida DUI Law. I’m also a dad, coach, speaker, podcast host, adjunct faculty (pre-law) at American Heritage, and someone who believes deeply in second chances. Our mission is simple: help good people when bad things happen. Since 2008, we’ve helped 3,000+ people protect their future after an arrest. From DUI and drug charges to domestic violence and serious felonies, our team fights with strategy, compassion, and grit. We walk clients through the process step-by-step and defend them like family because we know what’s at stake. I started as a prosecutor in Broward County, where I saw how the system can crush people. Too often, the accused are treated as guilty from the start. That experience changed me—and it still drives how we practice. We’ve grown into one of the fastest-growing criminal defense firms in the U.S. (3× Inc. 5000), but we didn’t get here by doing things the usual way. We built a culture around: - Relentless preparation - Clear, honest communication - Deep care for our clients - Blue-collar work ethic - A belief that no one should be defined by their worst moment We also invest back: - An elite criminal defense internship program that gives students real training and real mentorship - A national criminal defense mastermind to share ideas and raise the bar together - The Success in South Florida podcast, where I spotlight leaders and builders in our community In the classroom, I run a Socratic method room at American Heritage, focusing on questions, dialogue, and real scenarios. Teachers learn as much as they teach, and the next generation deserves both knowledge and judgment. On the innovation side, I work in R&D/BizDev at MeetGabbi AI, where we’re building practical ways for firms to remove friction from intake, follow-up, and client experience. I teach CLEs, mentor young attorneys, and speak on law-firm growth because the only way to elevate this profession is to invest in it. When I’m not working, you’ll find me coaching basketball or with my wife, Kyley, and our boys, Chase and Luke. They remind me what this fight is all about. If you’re a fellow attorney, business owner, or believer in second chances—let’s connect. Because this work is more than law. It’s about people. It’s about purpose. And it’s about defending your tomorrow.
