About
I believe in dialogue among people, institutions, governments and any stakeholder with an interest or idea that can lead to better lives. When we find common ground, everyone can benefit, individuals and companies alike. I was born Venezuela and educated in Spain, Britain and the U.S. My first job was at the World Bank. In my years at Banco Santander, I have learned how important it is for companies to take a stand on issues that matter to people, and the value of fostering female talent and leadership.
