I founded The Cloud Law Firm, PLLC to provide strategic legal counsel to founders and brands scaling in competitive markets. My clients are revenue-generating, brand-centric companies that understand legal strategy is not an afterthought -- it is core to the business. I help clients protect what they've built, recognize opportunity, and make decisive moves at pivotal moments. Before the firm: I served as an attorney at the U.S. Small Business Administration during COVID-19, working on federal regulatory and policy initiatives connected to the Paycheck Protection Program. Before that, I was an Assistant Attorney General in the DC Office of Consumer Protection, advising companies on lawful marketing and business practices in regulated industries. Beyond the practice: I speak and teach on business law, trademark and IP, contracts, personal branding, and the journeys of becoming a lawyer and entrepreneur.
