I am an expert, speaker, and trainer in cyber security strategy awareness with a strong understanding of the major cyberthreats in today's world. I have experience in delivering successful Cybersecurity Awareness projects, and implementing creative campaigns to influence behavioural change in companies to fight against cyber risks. I have experience conducting cyber security training for public and private sector employees, and developing strategic cybersecurity awareness activities in line with the NIST cybersecurity framework. My additional skills include: Developing innovative and timely Cybersecurity awareness programs to make security personal and reduce risk. Assessing knowledge and skills gaps and recommending experiential training solutions to close the gap. Creating and delivering multidimensional learning. This passion and dedication to protecting and informing Senegalese & the larger African community with the tools and knowledge to protect themselves in the cyber security world encouraged me to establish Cyber221, a non profit organization working at the forefront of these issues.
