Through Beyond Code Collective, she is creating AI-first career pathways for athletes transitioning from sport, professionals adapting to the AI economy, and anyone building their next chapter in tech.At Black Girls Code, she is leading the organization's next era of growth, strengthening its brand, financial sustainability, partnerships, and programming to expand its impact on 1 million girls by 2030.Her impact stretches across more than 20 years. As Chief Engagement Officer at Salesforce.org and SVP of Salesforce Studios, she built the Make Change franchise with Tribeca and Sundance, featuring Marc Benioff, Mellody Hobson, Dolores Huerta, and Angela Bassett.
