I’m proud to lead USA Rare Earth as we become the first domestic heavy rare earth mine-to-magnet producer, including recycling. We advanced our strategy to secure, grow and reshore the rare earth metal and magnet supply chain with our transformative acquisition of LCM. I serve on the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments (CSBA), Chief Executives for Corporate Purpose (CECP) and Economic Club of Washington, D.C. Throughout my career, I have been motivated by being part of missions that matter, and there is nothing more critical to national and global security than securing a domestic supply chain for rare earth minerals and magnets. USA Rare Earth is uniquely positioned to be the leader in this industry with its mine-to-magnet supply chain strategy. I’m also passionate about workforce development, mentoring, and what I call a work-life blend that honors my priorities both in my career and as a grandmother.
