After 11 years of professional experience at L'Oréal, with 6 different roles, from marketing to commercial and even new business, I am passionate for new challenges where I can develop myself, help others and turn possible what can seem impossible at first sight! I'm currently leading a team of 10 as a Marketing Activation Manager, where I make sure our 4 professional brands (L'Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, Redken & Shu Uemura) continue to be relevant locally while recruiting new business partners, consumers and gaining market share across channels.Before this, I honed my skills in eCommerce Key Account Management at L'Oréal Spain, exceeding targets and building strong retailer relationships. I've also enjoyed the challenge of introducing L'Oréal Professional Hair Brands to new channels in Portugal. My experience as Digital and Product Manager has allowed me to build relevant brands through our digital platforms, launch innovative colour products and create impactful events for consumers and clients.My passion for marketing and my desire to assist others inspired me to create Marketing Tuga, a community of over 35,000 followers where I share campaigns and insights to help creatives, brands, and businesses enhance their communication efforts.In my quest for personal development, I challenged myself for four years by participating in the Marketing Young Lions competition, ultimately winning the Portuguese final and having the honor of representing Portugal at the Cannes Festival in 2023.As a lifelong learner, I enjoy exploring new areas of interest and gaining knowledge from others, whether through university courses or workshops with industry specialists.
