I’m an Executive Coach and Mentor, and I work exclusively with senior leaders in commercial businesses. I spent 20 years at ALDI, including as Managing Director in Western Australia where I led a $450m business. I know what it feels like to carry a big role, navigate a complex organisation, and lead under real pressure – because I’ve done it. I also know what it’s like to reach a point where the way you’re leading no longer feels sustainable, and to have nobody at work you can say that to. That’s why I do this work. I left corporate life deliberately – to build a life and a business on my own terms.
