The future is not something we predict or simply let happen. It is ours to shape.That conviction is at the core of everything I do. I work with leaders and organisations navigating the AI transformation as a keynote speaker, advisor and executive programme lead. The questions that decide how AI reshapes our work, our institutions and our societies are not primarily technical. They are social, political and human. And they are still open.The narrative that they are already settled is what I call 'The Certainty Trap': the idea that there is only one reasonable future, and that our job is to adapt to it. My TEDx talk 'Beyond the Certainty Trap: Reclaiming Agency in the AI Age' makes the case against it. My signature framework 'From TRAP to PART' shows you how to assert your agency and use AI with purpose and impact.I have spent years advising public and private organisations on innovation, technology and leadership. My path runs from sociology and a PhD in philosophy through years inside the European institutions to founding ventures across sectors and cultures. I am convinced that the most durable solutions come from working across silos, not defending them.She Shapes AI, which I founded in 2024, was built on that principle. It is now a global catalyst for responsible AI across 60+ countries, with an annual conference and awards, executive AI training, and thought leadership on how technology gets built, why, and by whom. The Futures Project, which I founded in 2019, made the case for a sustainable human-first future supported but not subjected to technology.In September 2026, I was named a Finalist in the Stevie® Awards for Women in Business, in the new category AI Ethics & Responsible AI Leader of the Year.I work with leaders who build the future intentionally.
