Hi, I’m Dr. Becky Kennedy - a clinical psychologist, mom of three, and founder and CEO of Good Inside. Early in my career as a therapist, I practiced a behavior-first, reward-and-punishment model of parent coaching. But it never felt right - for kids or for parents. So I drew on attachment, mindfulness, emotion regulation, and internal family systems theory to create a new way of supporting parents - and turns out it's an approach that's helpful to leaders in the workplace, too. All of this work became Good Inside, a method for understanding child and adult behavior, relationships, and systems, that I bring to life with my team through books, a podcast, brand partnerships, live experiences, and an award-winning app offering practical tools, in-the-moment guidance, and community support.
