As the founder of Operation Shamrock, Erin has built a powerful coalition uniting law enforcement, private industry, and global stakeholders to combat scams linked to transnational organized crime. Operation Shamrock is dedicated to building investigative capacity, equipping law enforcement with the tools to take action, and providing real-time intelligence to industry—ensuring that criminals have nowhere to hide. Erin’s expertise comes from 26 years as a Deputy District Attorney in Santa Clara County, California, where she spent eight years with the REACT High-Tech Task Force, leading investigations into cryptocurrency-enabled crimes, SIM-swapping, and digital financial fraud. She also founded the Crypto Coalition, an international network of nearly 2,000 law enforcement professionals focused on cryptocurrency investigations. Now, through Operation Shamrock, Erin is on a mission to educate, mobilize, and disrupt—raising awareness of scam operations, empowering law enforcement worldwide, and delivering actionable intelligence to industry partners to stop fraud before it happens.
