25+ years in leadership have taken me from regional and global roles at #AmchamBrazil, #Vale, #Embraer, #GeneralElectric, #IBM, and currently at #GeneralMotors. I am passionate about building diverse, multicultural teams that go beyond delivering results — teams that create positive impact and help shape a better future. Along this journey, I’ve also embraced my role as a storyteller — speaker, writer, podcaster, and YouTuber — using communication as a tool to connect, inspire, and learn. In 2017, I was honored to represent Brazil in the Under 40’s Global Leadership Group at Georgetown University and in the Young Leaders Group of the Council for the United States and Italy.
