I joined KPMG LLP as an intern because I felt that skill would help with my dream of starting my own business. What was meant to be one chapter of my life became a lifelong professional home because of two things: the people and the opportunities. It’s an incredible honor to serve as Chair and CEO of KPMG in the U.S. and Chair of the KPMG Americas region. I believe in setting clear goals and expectations for myself and my teams – fostering a culture of trust and collaboration through both words and actions. I maintain a sharp focus on ensuring we serve our clients with excellence and innovation, disrupting current thinking and processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality. With over 30 years at KPMG, I have deep experience working with some of the firm’s most complex Audit clients and have served a diverse array of large, multinational clients in the consumer products, retail, industrial manufacturing and media/advertising industries, with a special focus on publicly-listed companies. As we move forward, I am excited about the opportunities ahead. KPMG is poised for this moment – to not only keep pace with change but lead it – by delivering the best services for our clients and being the most trusted professional services firm.
