About

Solution Architect with 12 years of experience delivering D365 Finance and Operations implementations across European and Australian companies in manufacturing and supply chain focused industries. My approach starts with understanding the business - value stream mapping, business capability mapping, and end-to-end process thinking - before jumping to technology. This means I’m designing solutions that actually fit how a company operates, not just how the software works. I build strong relationships across all organisational levels, and consistently receive great customer feedback because I focus on outcomes, not just configuration. What sets me apart is how I'm bringing AI into the ERP world. I build working prototypes using GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, and MCP server integrations - as practical tools that accelerate discovery workshops, automate requirements extraction, and help clients see what's possible before a project even starts. Currently I'm actively deepening my expertise in AI Foundry and Responsible AI practices. I host the D365 User Group in Brisbane, where I regularly share what I'm learning about D365 and AI in business applications. I believe the consultants who thrive next will be the ones who combine deep process knowledge with hands-on AI capability - and I'm sharing what I learned to help others to get there.
