About

A Saudi Senior Project Manager and Senior Architect Engineer with hands-on experience delivering large-scale giga and mega projects across Saudi Arabia, from design through construction and handover. My work focuses on end-to-end project delivery, integrating scope, cost, time, quality, and risk management while operating in highly complex, multi-stakeholder environments. I have led and coordinated projects across mixed-use, hospitality, retail, infrastructure, and road works, working closely with Design Consultants, Architects of Record (AoR), Supervision Consultants, PMCs, contractors, and authorities.Currently, I am involved in Diriyah developments (DG1, DG2, and Wadi Safar), where I support the client across project management, design management, and delivery coordination for multiple packages running in parallel. My role focuses on driving design progress, tracking deliverables, managing interfaces between disciplines, supporting approvals, monitoring key risks and changes, and ensuring that project requirements are translated into clear actions to support timely and informed decision-making.Previously, I contributed to major national programs including the RCRC Green Riyadh Program and Riyadh Metro, strengthening my exposure to public-sector governance, authority coordination, and large infrastructure systems.I am known for being structured, decisive, and delivery-focused, with a strong ability to translate complex technical issues into clear actions and outcomes. I work comfortably at the intersection of engineering, management, and stakeholders, where coordination and timing are critical to success.I am fluent in Arabic, English, and continuously seek opportunities to grow, contribute, and add value to transformational projects aligned with Vision 2030.
