As Chief Marketing Officer at Walmart, I lead an organization focused on driving customer engagement, digital innovation, and sustainable growth across one of the world’s largest consumer ecosystems. Over the past five years, our team has helped lead Walmart’s digital and brand transformation—accelerating e-commerce growth, deepening customer loyalty, and strengthening an iconic brand that serves 150 million people each week. Before Walmart, I served as SVP of marketing at Target, where we reignited relevance and trust following the 2013 data breach and launched multi-billion-dollar owned brands like Cat & Jack and Good & Gather. Earlier in my career at The Coca-Cola Company, I scaled Coke Zero from launch to a billion-dollar brand in the U.S. and led global marketing for Diet Coke / Coca-Cola Light across international markets. I thrive in helping organizations grow by putting the customer at the center, using insight and creativity to inspire people, and leading teams that thrive on purpose, agility, and impact.
